Coordinate the patient/staff scheduling system profiles to ensure all schedules and related data processing techniques are purposeful.  This is accomplished by acting as liaison to the medical center’s Private Diagnostic Clinic and the faculty/physicians and staff assistants with complete accuracy for scheduling needs and report formats.

§         Provided Firewatch/On-call rotation (24x7) as a LAN Team member. This involves responding quickly to all computer problems and knowing when to call for help with problems throughout all of University facilities (on-site and off-site).

§         Acted with an institutional LAN support team in implementing user resources on a large portion of DUMC network.  Implementing workstation technologies and automating installation and distribution of applications. (Approximately 40+ Servers and 2500+ Netware, WinNT, Notes environment users).
